A: From our initial consultation call, it takes me 1-2 weeks to put together a trip proposal for you, as I work with my travel partners to create a unique itinerary that speaks to your interests. From there, we can tweak your proposal as needed—and once your itinerary is finalized, I will lock in your stays/tours/etc.

Q: Do you charge a fee for your services?

A: Yes — I charge a Design Fee before I begin crafting your itinerary. This fee covers the deep research, planning, and comprehensive support I provide throughout the entire process, from our first conversation to your return home. The Design Fee starts at $500 and varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip. I'll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary consultation call!

A: Full-service planning includes everything from our initial consultation call through your return home — destination research and itinerary design, curated hotel selection with Virtuoso perks where available, private transfers, tours and excursions through vetted on-the-ground partners, all booking and logistics management, a pre-departure insider tips document, your complete travel documents 2–3 weeks before departure, and in-trip support via phone, email, or WhatsApp. I'm your single point of contact throughout, and my industry relationships mean problems, if they ever arise, get solved fast

I design custom itineraries from scratch, leverage deep industry relationships to secure access and amenities you couldn't get otherwise, and provide hands-on support throughout your entire journey. Q: What European destinations do you specialize in?

A:  Europe is my sweet spot, particularly for couples and romantic getaways. I have deep experience designing itineraries throughout Italy, France, and Portugal, among others. But honestly? Some of my favorite trips lately have been to Croatia. It has everything people love about Italy (the coastline, the food, the history, the charm) with a fraction of the crowds and a price point that goes much further. Dubrovnik, the Dalmatian Coast, and the islands of Hvar and Korčula are absolutely stunning, and still feel like a genuine discovery. If you've been dreaming of Europe but aren't sure which destination is right for your trip, that's exactly the conversation I love to have.

Q: Can you plan trips outside of Europe?

A:  Absolutely. While Europe is a specialty of mine, I have a far-reaching network of global travel partners and have planned trips to the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and beyond. If your dream destination falls outside of my expertise, I'll be upfront about that and connect you with a trusted colleague who specializes in that region. What I won't do is design a trip I'm not confident in.

A:  I strongly recommend it — and I help all of my clients navigate their options. Luxury travel represents a significant financial investment, and travel insurance protects that investment against cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and more. Each supplier I work with has their own cancellation and refund policy, which I'll walk you through clearly at the time of booking. But having comprehensive travel insurance is the best way to travel with complete peace of mind.
