Once you take care of the Design Fee, which varies depending on the complexity of your trip, I’ll begin planning your proposal, working with my vetted travel partners to design your customized itinerary. Once shared with you, any feedback you have will be incorporated until your itinerary gets an enthusiastic “yes!”

Q: How long does it take for you to design our trip?

A: From our initial consultation call, it takes me 1-2 weeks to put together a trip proposal for you, as I work with my travel partners to create a unique itinerary that speaks to your interests. From there, we can tweak your proposal as needed—and once your itinerary is finalized, I will lock in your stays/tours/etc.
Q: Do you charge a fee for your services?
A: Yes, I ask for a Design Fee before I begin crafting your itinerary—this fee covers the deep research, planning, and comprehensive support I provide my clients through the entire planning process. The Design Fee varies depending on the length and complexity of each trip; I’ll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary consultation call together!
Q: What destinations do you specialize in?
A: Because of my far-reaching network of global travel partners, I don’t specialize in a single region. Chances are, if you’re dreaming of escaping to a certain destination, I can make it happen by working with my vetted suppliers. If your dream destination does fall outside my wheelhouse, however, I’d be happy to refer you to a travel advisor colleague who can help!
